Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains what data we collect on netqb.agency, why, and the choices you have. We've kept it plain — this is a marketing site, not a store, so there isn't much to it.
Who we are
netqb is a Shopify studio operated as a service of netqb LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at info@netqb.agency.
What we collect
This is a marketing site. We don't sell products, run a checkout, or require you to create an account. We collect only:
- Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-2RSLDTG3RH) — but only if you consent through the cookie banner. - Anything you send us voluntarily — for example, the contents of an email, or details you share when booking an introduction call.
Cookies & consent
Google Analytics is loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 and configured to collect nothing until you actively accept. When the site loads, all analytics and advertising storage is set to denied by default. No analytics cookies are set unless you choose “Accept”.
To remember your choice we set one small first-party cookie, netqb_consent, which stores only the value granted or denied and expires after about six months. It contains no personal information. We do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What GA4 collects when you consent
If you accept, Google Analytics collects aggregated, pseudonymous usage data to help us understand how the site is used — typically:
- which pages were viewed;
- approximate location (country level);
- device and browser type;
- how you arrived (referral source).
This data is used to measure traffic in aggregate. It is not used to personally identify you.
How to withdraw consent
You can change your mind at any time. Clear the netqb_consent cookie (and other site cookies) in your browser settings — the next time you visit, the banner will appear again so you can choose afresh. You can also email info@netqb.agency and we'll help.
Third parties
A couple of providers process data on our behalf, strictly as processors:
- Google — provides Google Analytics 4. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — hosts this website and may process standard server/request data (such as IP addresses in logs) to deliver and secure the site.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email info@netqb.agency and we'll respond as required by law.
