Common questions.
Do you work on existing themes or only new builds?
Both. We pick up existing themes — even messy ones — and extend them, or build from scratch when that is the cleaner spend. We will tell you honestly which is the better option.
Do you build custom Shopify apps?
Yes. When an off-the-shelf app does not fit, we build custom functionality against the Shopify APIs rather than bolting on five apps that fight each other.
Can you integrate our ERP or other tools?
Yes — we have integrated third-party tools and ERP systems including JTL. If it has an API, we can usually connect it cleanly.
Is the build fast and mobile-first?
That is the default, not an upsell. We build with performance and mobile in mind because we feel slow stores in our own conversion numbers.
