Common questions.

How are the plans priced?

Three tiers — Essentials, Standard and Priority — differentiated by response time and monthly scope. You can see the tiers and prices on the Services page.

What counts as a small feature?

Anything that fits inside your monthly scope — a new section, a checkout tweak, a small integration. Bigger work is scoped separately and agreed in advance.

Do unused hours roll over?

Up to 25% of your monthly scope can carry into the following month. Beyond that, hours do not stack up indefinitely — the retainer keeps capacity reserved for you.

What are your support hours?

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET, with response times set by your tier. Anything urgent is flagged accordingly.
